The class filled the bead jar so they chose an "Everything Goes Day."   They can bring something soft, a non-electronic toy, books to read, a safe candy, a mindfulness toy, an extra snack, and a clear drink.  Tomorrow is also Character Dress Up Day for Reading Month.                                   The class filled the bead jar.  They voted for an Everything Goes Day with an electronic toy day, pajama day, something soft day, time for a read in, and safe candy allowed (no tree nuts, no peanuts, and no eggs).   If this impending weather causes a snow day we will do this next Friday.  It will not be moved to Tuesday due to that being our Twosday celebration.  Please email me if you have any questions.  Thank you!

Word Work: Our class will be learning to form plurals by adding -s, -es, or -ies to words such as rocks, wishes, boxes, and puppies this week. Students should read their word lists, discuss the meaning of the words, and practice spelling words with similar syllable patterns.  Spelling City is ready for students to access the Unit 20 practice list for the week.   Music Performance:   The students have begun practicing together on stage.
